"Life is a marathon, not a sprint." -unknown
We have all heard this before. But I have another one for you, "Mental health is a lifelong journey, not a one-time fix."
Our mental health, like any other form of health, is something that we must work on daily. This is important to remember on difficult days when sadness, fear, anger, etc show themselves. Don't feel "bad" or like like a failure because you have these feelings.
As a society, we encourage nutritional health, spiritual health, or physical health but there is still a stigma on mental health. Let's change the narrative, we need to pour into our mental health just as we pour into any other form of health. If you need to talk to someone please do.
